1. For a KITTEN, the following vaccines must be
administered by Mountain Veterinary Hospital:
6-8 weeks old: FVRCP,

2. For a PUPPY, the following vaccines must be
administered by Mountain Veterinary Hospital:
6-8 weeks old: DHLPP, Corona, worming $58.00
3 weeks later: DHLPP, Corona, worming $58.00
3 weeks later: DHLPP,

3 weeks later: DHLPP,
Rabies

Total Cost = $228.00
3. Spays/ neuters must be done when the pet is between 5 and 6
months of age.
This offer is void if there is any deviation from
the vaccine schedule, or if the pet is older than 6 months when brought
in for the surgery.
Any work done beyond the vaccines and spay/neuter will be
done at regular charges.
